The film originally started as a comic.
Storyboards and visual development took a year.
Another year for animation.
To get more of a stop motion feel, animation is all on twos.
Most of it is rendered in camera with very little compositing.
Characters, environments, rigging, animation, rendering all in Maya.
A few random things in After Effects, then assembled in Premiere.
Oh, and Photoshop. Always Photoshop.
